I hired Kathleen as a partial planner for my wedding and it was one of the best decisions I have made! She made me feel at ease and provided so much great insight and professional experience. There were multiple times where I would text her due to second guessing different aspects of the wedding and she would promptly respond and immediately relieve me of my stress. Day of - she was AMAZING in making sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan, so I did not have to worry. My wedding day was a rainy/ foggy day and Kathleen literally followed me holding the wet train of my dress/ carrying the veil for the entire time we took pictures outside. Overall - the last thing you want to do on your wedding day is worry or stress- Kathleen literally ensures that you do not have to. -- Danielle

My first conversation with Kathleen I knew immediately she was going to be amazing. She was there every step of the way with planning our wedding. Down to the very last detail. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfection and gets back to you right away with any questions. Planning a wedding can be very stressful but with Kathleen's knowledge she made it so effortless. As Mother of the bride, Kathleen was awesome at helping us with so many details. She's not only adorable, sweet and fun, she is professional.  She was super responsive to my many questions from which font style to which white works best with our linens. She even found us a mirror in Home Goods we used as a seating chart. Kathleen prepared a timeline that kept us and the groomsmen on track all day without worrying about logistics. I hired Kathleen as a day-of coordinator, plus some design help for my giant tented wedding at Sandy Hook NJ. Tent weddings are a BEAST to plan and pull off, but Kathleen was SO HELPFUL. She was extremely responsive throughout the planning process and worked long long days to make sure every last detail was perfect. On our wedding day I had ZERO stress because I knew Kathleen was there and had everything under control. She's truly so professional, thinks of every possible situation/detail, and was my go-to girl for reassurance when planning was stressing me out!! Kathleen and her team coordinated a farm wedding for my daughter in Howell, NJ. It was a tough venue but Kathleen handled everything. We were able to be guests at the wedding because Kathleen coordinated all the set up and the multiple vendors. She is extremely professional and makes herself available for any and all questions. Kathleen was hands down the best decision I made about my wedding (my husband aside ;) ). She made all of my dreams come true within the budget I gave her. She goes above and beyond- She would text me from home goods with cute things she found that matched my decor asking if I wanted them. She's like a personal shopper, organizer, decorator, financial advisor, problem-solver and therapist all in one. We wanted to do some fun, unique things for our wedding and I would ask her for her honest opinion on what was too "too outside of the box" for normal guests and what was the perfect amount of "quirky" -- and she gave me perfect advice. When my venue's bathroom overflowed multiple times, she literally rolled her sleeves up to clean all the water from the floor. SERIOUSLY. I am type A at it’s finest and incredibly organized, so I thought I could handle all the details of my wedding on my own. As the day got closer I realized, the last thing I wanted to worry about on my wedding day was the details, but who could I trust to do it!? From the second I met Kathleen I knew it was meant to be. She has an incredibly warm, positive demeanor and genuinely cares about people.  Our wedding weekend went off without a hitch and in large part because of Kathleen. If you’re looking for a reliable, creative, organized, prompt & overall amazing planner who will also be the best help/ a friend on your wedding day, look no further!!!  I was unsure if I needed to hire someone but I am SO glad I did. We exchanged a few emails and spoke on the phone, and I automatically felt so comfortable with her, and like I had known her for a long time.  I told Kathleen what I needed help with, for example smaller details/design, day of coordinating, etc. Kathleen was flexible in how she could help me. She understood my vision, while keeping in mind my budget, and constantly communicated ideas and alternatives. On the day of our wedding, she was there early and I knew everything would be taken care of.  Her day of timeline was very detailed and she coordinated with my photographer and videographer all day.  And she did it all with a smile and was incredibly kind and calm.  It’s easy to see she loves what she does and is very good at it.
